1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and visits made with Plain Scope Agency Pty Ltd (ABN 45 438 294 783), operating from 266A Henley Beach Rd, Underdale SA 5032, Australia. By submitting a booking request through this website, or by visiting our venue, you agree to the terms below.

2. Nature Of Our Services

Plain Scope Agency is a physical, brick-and-mortar hospitality venue. We offer hotel rooms, a supervised gaming floor, a private table room and an event hall. All activities described on this website — including any reference to a casino floor, casino salon or casino events — take place exclusively on-site, in person. We do not offer, host or facilitate any form of online or remote gambling, wagering, or gaming of any kind through this website.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• Submitting a booking form is a request only. A booking is confirmed once our front desk contacts you by phone or email.
• Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book a room or enter the gaming floor, salon or private table room.
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in and before entering the gaming floor.

4. Payments, Pricing & Discounts

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Seasonal discounts, where offered, will never exceed 45% off the standard rate. We do not use countdown timers, fake availability counters, or other artificial urgency tactics to encourage bookings.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Room bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Event hall and private table room bookings require a deposit, refundable in full if cancelled at least 14 days before the reserved date. Cancellations made after these windows may forfeit part or all of the deposit or first night's rate.

6. Conduct On The Premises

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service, or to remove any guest from the premises, for behaviour that endangers staff or other guests, involves intoxication beyond a reasonable level, or breaches South Australian licensing requirements. Management decisions relating to the gaming floor and salon are final.

7. Responsible Gaming

All gaming activity offered by Plain Scope Agency takes place face-to-face on our supervised premises only. We support responsible play and provide information on self-exclusion and support services on request at the front desk.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Plain Scope Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking, cancellation, or visit. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
